Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chat2Mind at chat2mind.site. Chat2Mind is an online service operated under the Chat2Mind name (“Chat2Mind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that converts submitted conversations and text into editable mind maps using third-party artificial intelligence services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, buying generation credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms for you. If you use Chat2Mind for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and Chat2Mind session. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly at contact@chat2mind.site if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service and digital delivery

Chat2Mind generates a mind map from a supported ChatGPT share link or text supplied by you. A successfully generated map can be edited online and exported to supported formats. Access is delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Features, supported formats, and third-party dependencies may change as the service evolves.

4. Generation credits and pricing

Chat2Mind uses prepaid generation credits and does not currently offer a subscription or automatic renewal. One credit is consumed only when one mind map is successfully generated. Failed generations do not consume a credit.

• One-map pack: 1 generation credit for US$2.49.
• Five-map pack: 5 generation credits for US$8.99.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• Editing and supported exports for a completed map do not consume additional credits.

The price and currency displayed at checkout control if they differ from this page. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

5. Payments

Each purchase is a one-time transaction. By confirming a purchase, you authorize the amount shown at checkout to be charged to your selected payment method. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. We do not store your full payment-card number or card security code. Your card statement may use the descriptor displayed during checkout.

6. Refund policy

Because credits provide immediate access to a digital service, consumed credits are generally non-refundable. The following exceptions apply:

• Unused purchase within 7 days: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if no credit from that purchase has been used.
• Duplicate or incorrect charge: A verified duplicate or billing error will be refunded.
• Failed generation: A failed generation should automatically restore the reserved credit. If it does not, contact us for correction.
• Mandatory consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, requesting or using immediate digital performance may affect that right to the extent permitted by law.

To request a refund, email contact@chat2mind.site with your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

7. Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not use your submitted conversation content to train AI models without your explicit consent. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, or highly sensitive information that you are not authorized to process.

8. Third-party AI and output accuracy

Chat2Mind relies on third-party AI model and infrastructure providers, including OpenRouter and the model providers made available through it. Their availability may affect the service. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on or publishing it. Chat2Mind does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Chat2Mind to violate law or third-party rights; process content without permission; create malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, or unlawful content; exploit or bypass security or usage controls; interfere with the service; scrape it at scale; resell access without written permission; or use outputs to develop a competing AI or machine-learning model.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will provide a reasonable remedy for materially affected unused credits where required by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, material breach of these Terms, or legal requirements. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Account deletion may make stored maps and unused credits inaccessible; any handling of unused credits remains subject to Section 6 and mandatory law.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI output. Chat2Mind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Chat2Mind during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Disputes and governing rules

Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve any concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Chat2Mind merchant operator, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email before they take effect when reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
